All applications for a full or partial refunds must be made in writing by way of the ‘Application for Refund’ form and submitted to Student Administration bookings@firstaidoz.com.au

We implore students to read course information on booking form carefully, and if unsure of any details or course requirements, contact us to clarify PRIOR to booking.

Once the course is booked, the following policy will be applicable, so please choose your course and study format carefully.

All refund applications must be submitted NO LATER THAN 14 DAYS after course registration date.

Approved applications will be processed within 7 days from the date of application.

The assessment of applications for refunds shall be granted as indicated below:

Refund Policy
Cancellation > 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery 80% of fee paid

(admin fee 20%)
Cancellation < 7 days prior to commencement of training delivery 70% of fee paid

(admin fee 30%)
Cancellation after commencement and/or completion of any portion of the training  / or provision of access to online training materials No Refunds
Applications for refunds submitted more than 14 days after course registration No Refunds

 

Note: Students registering for Online options, who later wish to transfer to a face to face class, will be permitted to do so at no extra charge.

Our courses are delivered using a combination of online resources, including theory booklet, instructional videos and face to face training and assessment.

Students can complete all theory tasks in their own time and study from home or work.
